Barcelona
The influence of Gaudi has made Barcelona one of the most impressive cities in the world. There is so much to see and do in Barcelona, there absolutely is something for everyone. You can take a trip on a cable car over the impressive Olympic port, walk around the beautiful Gaudi park (Park Guell), visit Gaudi’s unfinished masterpiece the Sagrada Familia, tour the museums, visit the Olympic village, or Barcelona’s impressive football ground, to name but a few ideas, the list truly is endless!! The most relaxing way of getting to Barcelona is to take the train from L'Ametlla or L’Ampolla to Barcelona Sants (return ticket approx. 18Euros). The best way to see the city is on the open top tourist bus, we recommend you take the blue and red route ‘bus turistic’, this offers the most comprehensive tour of the city. You can get on and off the buses as often as you like to experience the sights and attractions (day pass approx 18 Euros, reduced fares for children).
