Villa Esperanza is a fabulous spacious 5 bedroom villa set in spectacular Meditteranean gardens, only a 5minute walk from a stunning sandy beach. With attention to detail throughout the villa and garden the villa offers an outstanding holiday location.

The gardens offers total privacy and an abundance of relaxation space, a choice of shaded and sunny dining terraces, beautiful grassed areas, a lovely 1st floor sun terrace offering sea views, an extensive patio area around the large (11m x 6m) private swimming pool furnished with sun loungers, a fabulous well equipped barbecue house and a poolside shower room and toilet.

Villa Esperanza is an immaculate traditional Spanish villa which offers spacious accommodation for 10guests, making it ideal for families to share in total comfort, there are fans in all rooms, including ceiling fans in most of the bedrooms and the lounge. Ideally located only a 5minute walk from a fabulous blue flag sandy beach and within a 15-20minute walk of a small supermarket, bakery and a family restaurant.

Internet access is available at the villa and will be charged locally at 30.00Euros per week for unlimited usage. Please note: there is no computer in the villa, so you would need to bring your own lap top. To avoid disappointment Internet must be booked at the time of confirming your holiday.

The layout of the villa



Villa Esperanza. The ground floor offers an large welcoming open plan lounge and dining area. A fully fitted kitchen with access to the garden. A large family bathroom with shower and bath, a large master bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

The first floor offers a second master bedroom with sea views, a family bathroom and a twin bedroom. There is access to the roof terrace from the hall.


Location



Located only a 5minute walk from a fabulous blue flag sandy beach and within a 15-20minute walk of a small supermarket, bakery and a family restaurant, Villa Esperanza really does offer a fantastic holiday location. Portaventura is only 25minutes away,

The traditional fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar, which offers a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants is just a 5 minute drive away.

The villa is easily accessible with the closest airport being Reus only 30mins away! And Barcelona only approx. 90mins away, Girona approx. 2hours away, and Valencia approx. 2hrs 30mins away.

The Portaventura adventure theme park is approx. 20minutes drive from the villa.

Tariff

Prices listed are per property per week in Euros


Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. However, once a reservation has been confirmed the price will not be altered.

Deposit – Early bookings for Summer 2012. A 25% initial deposit payment is due to secure the booking, a further 25% is due before the end of March 2012 (these payments are non-refundable). A further instalment will be due 8weeks before travel and the final balance in cash on arrival.

Security Deposit - There will be a security deposit of 300Euros or 300pounds sterling payable in cash on arrival (in either local currency or pounds sterling). This deposit will be refunded in full on completion of an inventory check at the end of the holiday subject to the villa and its contents being returned in the same condition. Any damages, losses or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.
