We have a proven track record here in the Costa Dorada, having been working with Villa owners for the past 7 years providing a first class service. Allowing property owners to enjoy their rental income in comfort of knowing we are working tirelessly to achieve the highest possible booking levels.
Our fully inclusive service takes care of every aspect of the holiday rental process from start to finish. Including; Marketing and advertising the holiday rental property securing advertising with the most effective sources, managing the full administration process including issuing comprehensive rental contracts to all renters, paying rental money directly to the property owners prior to the renters arrival and providing a fully comprehensive in resort service to rental clients (including end of stay cleaning and laundry services).
We are constantly looking for ways to be initiative in the market place and bring more bookings in for our villa owners, please see our VITUAL TOUR facility for an example of how we are unique in the local market. In addition to our own website we advertise with a diverse range of web based advertisers and have our owners' homes listed in publications. We constantly monitor the market place and update our advertising strategy working with the most effective rental advertisers to optimise reservations and achieve the highest possible occupancy on all of rental properties within our care.
Despite 2011 having been a difficult year for many we have achieved an average of 18 weeks rental per property this year for our home owners and we already have bookings for 2012. ...And the best news is that the only involvement you the home owner need have in the rental process, is counting your rental income!
